 We will work very closely with your staff to ensure everyone is trained in proper scope handling techniques and troubleshooting as well as the pre-cleaning processes.  
For qualified clients, customized service contracts provide a streamlined process for repairs while also allowing the customer to have a fixed budget for repairs for the year.
Sometimes it makes more sense financially to replace a scope rather than spending a large sum of money to repair it. In the case of an older piece of equipment, often the cost of repairing it is more than the cost of purchasing a quality used replacement.
